We carry out due diligence to identify, manage, assess, and remediate human rights risks, as well as to avoid and prevent impacts that may infringe upon the rights of our employees, communities within our area of influence, and stakeholders arising directly from our own activities, products, and services, as well as from our business relationships, and to provide remediation where applicable.
We respect the human rights of all individuals, as established in the International Bill of Human Rights and the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.
We respect cultural identity, customs, practices, and beliefs, as well as the legal and customary rights of local communities and Indigenous peoples, making use, among other procedures, of Free, Prior, and Informed Consent (FPIC), as applicable.
We apply our internal procedure for addressing complaints, claims, and inquiries from employees, communities within our area of influence, and stakeholders, and for carrying out remediation actions. We conduct periodic evaluations of this procedure as part of our continuous improvement process.
We foster relationships with members of communities within our area of influence and other stakeholders to create shared value.
We maintain ongoing dialogue with communities in our area of influence through participatory and transparent procedures and methodologies, and we implement response mechanisms and communication channels.
We prohibit retaliation against any person and respect Human Rights Defenders.
We guarantee dignified and respectful treatment of our employees and do not allow discrimination based on age, race, religion or belief, gender, disability, sexual orientation, pregnancy, nationality, or any other reason in recruitment, hiring, promotion, and termination processes, with a focus on equal opportunities.
We do not tolerate or promote exploitation, labor trafficking, forced or compulsory labor, and we comply with ordinary and overtime working hours in accordance with applicable national legislation, international treaties ratified by Mexico, and voluntary certification standards. We do not retain employees’ identification documents.

We promote gender equality and women’s rights in accordance with applicable legislation.
We do not tolerate behaviors that are or may be perceived as sexual or workplace harassment, abuse of power, threats, or intimidation; nor do we allow the use of physical, verbal, or psychological violence against employees or members of the communities within our area of influence.
We recognize the rights to freedom of association and collective bargaining for mutual benefit, and we promote respectful and ongoing channels of dialogue.
